Fantastic stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok

Great hotel in good location in the Sathorn area, easy access to Malls and other Bangkok attractions. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the King Suites on the 49th floor - amazing city views. Lots of facilities and food and beverage outlets if you don't feel like going out into the BKK nightlife. The rooftop Vertigo Moon Bar has spectacular 360 degree views of Bangkok, get in early as its always busy with both house guests and outside guests as well. Breakfast was great (the iced coffees were delish) and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Annie Park in Guest Relations, went above and beyond delivering a birthday cake to our Suite and singing Happy Birthday on this special occasion.

My wife and I went here for our first year anniversary and it was one of the best special occasions we have ever had! Our server Beer (yes that's his actual name lol) was especially kind, generous, and pleasant to help us with our menu selection as well as checking on us occasionally. He even got us a special anniversary card with a printed photo he took earlier when we seated. This is before even talking about the magnificent 360 degree view of the bangkok city skyline, just pure heavenly sight here at the rooftop level! Cannot say enough great things of this classy establishment! Cheers to Beer! 🍺

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at this rooftop bar in Bangkok. It had nice ambiance, great service, good choice of wine and wonderful food. My only complain is the steak was too well-done and I asked for medium. Overall a great place to visit in Bangkok. They even gave us gave us a surprise for our anniversary, a nice slice of chocolate cake and a cute pic of us.

We have a very good experience tonight. All staff provide a good professional services to us. Especially Mr. Beer who are so nice and helpfilul. Many thanks for your birthday cake for my friend. We will come here to enjoy the dinner and stunning view again.

Saffron 52 what an amazing restaurant with the banyan tree hotel. The food is exquisite, B our waiter was fabulous and extremely attentive, thank you so much for making our evening to perfect whilst experiencing the delights of your restaurant. Plus there is a great outside bar, personally I felt it was a lot nicer than vertigo
